We invite you to stay at this custom-built cottage on Royal Island in Georgian Bay! Includes transportation, OR rent our Aluminum boat or Pontoon boat. Winter season includes an exciting air boat ride for 4 guests! Inquire now for more details.

Our location is unique. It's very close to mainland (7-8min boat ride) with tons of amenities in the area including, beaches, hiking, fishing, shopping, restaurant, and more. Don't forget about unforgettable sunsets!

This custom-built water access only cottage is set up perfectly for 2 families to share and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms. Enjoy private bedroom suites with bar fridges, lounges and private decks. Enjoy a beautiful chef's kitchen, dining area, great room and 1,500 sq.ft. deck with hot tub overlooking 500 feet of pristine shoreline. Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not remake used beds.
We are not responsible for items left behind; no mail or courier returns. Pick‑up must be arranged by guest
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any guest that comes to the property and brings a pet that is not been approved will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Transportation (1 trip) is included. Guest must all arrive and depart at the same time, or arrange for a local water taxi (at their own expense).
Parking for 2 cars is included in your base price. Additional vehicles cost $15/day at the guests own expense.

We grew up as avid campers and cottagers, taking on many summer and winter escapades around Canada. North Simcoe and Muskoka, however, have always held a special place in our hearts. During our all Canadiana vacations, we've made memories boating, skiing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, picnicking, and lounging around on beaches in Georgian Bay and surrounding area.

We’ve enjoyed every type of getaway, from rustic cottages to refined resorts, but it was hard to find it all in one place. So we decided to create an unforgettable, resort-like experience on Royal Island, in the heart of Canada’s cottage country.
