4210 Seashore Dr is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This quaint, 4 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit beach house is conveniently located just steps from the sand and only a short walk from Lido Village where there are plenty of dining options.



The living room has lots of comfortable couch seating and a TV. The master suite has a king bed with an adjoining bathroom. 1 of the 3 guest rooms has a queen bed, and the other 2 have 2 twin beds. The hall bathroom is shared by all 3 guest rooms.



The dining room table seats 6 with additional stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a dishwasher, dual sink and plenty of countertop space for preparing meals. The ocean view balcony has a table, chairs and a BBQ, great for grilling and sharing the days adventures!



The rental has a 2-car garage, and the washer and dryer are located in the hall bathroom.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
