About this property

Three minute walk to one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches! This recently remodeled, very attractive, air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach house is one half block from the sand and has beautiful wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and master bath with large shower. The balcony overlooks Balboa, and is accessible from both the master suite and the landing at the top of the stairs. It allows guests to take full advantage of outdoor beach living - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a sunset cocktail.

Perfect vacation

I was able to give my sister the perfect Cali vacation. The house was amazing. Location was perfect. And the host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and covenient

We loved the home. It had historic charm with updated finishes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was clean and comfortable. We liked having garage parking, but found it was easy to walk to the beach, jet ski rentals, the Fun Zone and whale watching.

Great spot close to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Everything you neeed. We rented bikes, and rode everywhere.
