Great time in chatham

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was perfect for our needs. The proximity to the lake was wonderful. Although the kitchen was small, it had all the necessities and was well stocked with what was needed. Overall the home was clean and bright. There was a musty smell at times in the lower level. I would love to stay here agsin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have rented at this location. This property is well stocked with everything you could need from cleaning supplies to kayaks. The owner made some upgrades to the doors and deck which was a nice surprise.the upstairs stay cool and comfortable, the only issue is the bedrooms do not have independent AC. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe the addidtion of some split systems would alleviate this minor issue. This is a great rental for a large family and comes highly recommended.
