This stay has been the best one for us and we have been taking vacations for years. The property was absolutely clean and amazing but the best part was our pets. We were able to take them and the large fenced in yard was great. Also, there is everything you need in case you forgot something at home. The property manager was the most welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Kids, pets or if it’s just a husband and wife weekend, please consider this amazing location. We really appreciate how we were treated and welcomed. Thank you!!

Great Stay!

We had a great time here. Big yard for our dogs to run and our kids to play. Very dog friendly! Plenty of room to park vehicles and boats.

Great spot on lake. Owners were super nice. Lots of little touches to make your stay better. Great fenced in yard for dogs too.

Great Pet Friendly get away

The host was great and super helpful. They also had all kinds of people and dog treats in the house for us including fresh fruit and veggies. The house was great and very clean and the fenced in yard with a lake view was great for us and our dog!

If you travel with pups this could be your ultimate stay! Not only are you on the lake, with those beautiful views, but hosts that do everything they can to go above and beyond your expectations! From fresh produce to numerous snacks and dog treats This rental is truly run by “super hosts!” We’ll be back again… definitely!!!!

Literally the best host we have ever had! Jay is hands down the nicest guy and went above and beyond for our stay even checked the depth of the water for us! The added touches the kids loved, paddle boat and trampoline! The house warming basket of goodies was super sweet! The house is cute and spacious!

Wonderful, well appointed vacation home. The hosts thought of everything, from complimentary toiletries to snacks to produce. The home is clean and exactly as pictured. The host lives next door, but will not bother you at all. Great communication from him as well. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which weigh over 100 lbs and he didn't even blink an eye at the size of them, as he is a pet lover as well. Will definitely book again!

Great Getaway!!!

What a great place. I will definitely put this as my favorite. Great Lake View. Very clean. A lot of extras including fresh garden veggies, snacks, muffins for breakfast, treats for the dogs, lots of games, comfortable beds and pillows. Thank you to Joseph, our host. OUTSTANDING

Clean, comfortable, quiet

8 kids under 8 and the other 8 of us 17 and older, there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. The owners were right next door and they were great! They gave us our privacy but were right there if we had any questions. I just hope we weren’t too noisy for them.

We are seniors with some limited mobility and enjoyed our stay at this home very much. Property was very clean and comfortable. Lots of running space for my daugher's dog. If we wanted to go down to the dock it would have been difficult for us due to the incline but that wasn't important to us for this visit to Dandridge. The beds were very comfortable which is important to us. King beds were down stairs. Bathroom downstairs was a little small but manageable for the four of us and was stocked with small toiletries in case they were forgotten! The upstairs bedroom was more like a loft with a window looking down on living area which allowed all the sounds from downstairs to be heard upstairs. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and plenty of it! The host also keeps it stocked with extras like muffins, snack bars, nutri-bars, chips and cookies! There was also fresh fruit and some water bottles. there is a fully stocked coffee bar which was very nice! Also well stocked with blankets and towels! No lake view when there but we were aware the dam releases the water sometime later in May. Would recommend to others reviewing the property. Jay was very helpfull and communicated punctually when we needed him. He lives on the property next door.

I wish I could give more than five stars. If I could give 50 I would. The kindness and amenities that the owners provided was over the top. They were so helpful and nice. The place is absolutely breathtaking. They made my son’s 16th birthday the best ever. I’ve never stayed at a place that the owners was so thoughtful. From extra toothpaste, shampoo, soaps, coffee, doggie treats, snacks, and so much more. I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will be back.
