This stylish place to stay is perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway in the Kootenays. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake and 20 minute drive to the famous Whitewater ski hill. Safe, quiet and convenient location. Large, brand new step 5 home, you’ll enjoy over 2000 square feet of interior living space, as well as two large private out door patios and a garden space. Two large bedrooms and an enormous living room space with a large white leather sectional couch. Designated office space and two state of the art bathrooms. Kitchen has high end appliances and beautiful quartz countertops as well as an island with leather bar stools for entertaining and dining. Private driveway with off street parking for two large vehicles in front of the house. Immaculate space with executive furnishings. Central location with only a five minute drive to downtown!
