About this property

Wild Vines Log Cabin

Wild Vines log cabin was built in 2006 with family & friendly getaways and gatherings in mind. We wanted a place where people could come as a peaceful retreat from there everyday lives and just enjoy nature. There is NO WIFI at the cabin and limited cell reception. You do have it, but depending on the provider some better than others. Granted you are only 5 miles from town and .06tenths of a mile off the main road with a graveled drive to get in to your comfy home... but you came to relax. There are all the comforts of home and more direct tv, all small appliances, hottub, to name a few. Plus charcoal grill for the out door guys and the fire pit for family campfires. You are just a short walk to the fishing pond shared by all guests... which also has covered pavilion with grill, children's play area, new gazebo & wedding venue coming soon.

Wild Vines has 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths it's a two story log home with open layout where all the family can gather in either the kitchen or dining or living areas and remain part of the conversation. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a bathroom on each floor with only the full bath located in upstairs bath adjacent to master suite to accommodate all guests.
When staying with Price Cabin Rentals, even though we are sure you will be cozy inside the cabin... we have accommodated your needs in almost any season or weather... you don't want to come to the mountains and not spend some time outdoors😊 There is a large covered front porch that reaches the entire front porch. To the left you will see a hammock and a little further out firepit for this cooler nights!

On the back of the cabin is where you will find another large deck spanning the entire home.... this is where the hottub is located! This porch is uncovered allowing you to enjoy the starlight sky from your hottub soak or falling snow. We have also installed a charcoal grill for you to use that even the bear haven't managed to carry away 💪🏻🐻

We hope that you will consider booking your stay with us and return for many years and adding your review with a photo for others to also appreciate the beauty of the mountains. 💜

Really nice cabin
This was our 3rd stay at this cabin. This time we brought some family members, everyone had a great time. We walked some trails and enjoyed the hot tub. The shower in the house is awesome! We look forward to traveling back again.

Great Cabin in a Great Location!
This cabin was a great place to stay for a family of 5. It was spacious and clean and had everything we were looking for. The hot tub was nice to soak in after a long hike in Shenandoah National Park. We had a great time during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was set in a beautiful wooded area. House was clean, beds were cozy. Really enjoyed the hot tub watching the snow!

Daughter's wedding
My brother and his sons used this cabin, we were across the street. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL and spacious! A little confusion with the linens, NOT NEEDED even though listing says otherwise. (so does the checkout info) Everyone used the hot tubs, and my brother took advantage of the fire pit at least once. A beautiful venue with access to this location, makes for a wonderful weekend for all!

My husband and I built Wild Vines in 2006 following in my parents footsteps. I grew up just a few miles from where the cabins are built and now my parents live on the same property. We enjoy letting other families share the same memories that we do with ours after staying here. You will want to come back.

Why they chose this property

As a small child my grandparents owned all of the mountain land and Lake we call Brenwood Lake. We used to come here and have family cookouts when I was about 3 or 4 right where the small covered Pavillion sits at Brenwood Lake. My father and I share a birthday so every year we usually come to the Pavillion and have ours together here. I hope this is a tradition that will stay in our family. Now that we also have the wedding and event center named Brenwood Lake weddings we have many family gathers here as well.

What makes this property unique

Everything here is within walking distance to your property. Its private enough, off the main road and from town. However you can get to Luray in about 10 minutes if you choose to find a restaurant for dinner or 5 minutes if you want to go to the small diner close by.
