Beautifully presented, 2-bedroom, first floor apartment within walking distance of the beach and Dromana shops. This apartment is the perfect escape for couples and small families looking to escape the city and spend some peaceful time by the beach. A great spot to unwind and the perfect launchpad to enjoy peninsula attractions.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

• Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.

Please note this is the first floor apartment you are booking only. You will need to be able to climb stairs to access the property. There is a bedroom and another room which are locked and the owner uses for storage. All areas available for guests are shown on the floor plan.
