This home is perfect! It was very comfortable and well equipped. We are a family of 6 plus a little dog. Owner quickly responded to the few questions I had. We would stay again for sure. Central location to all things on the peninsula.
This cottage was more than we expected upon booking. the rooms are bigger than they appear in pictures, as is the entire cottage. The property is massive, with tons of hiking to do without ever leaving the property. Berford Lake - the best swimming- was a 5 minute drive. Will absolutely be staying here again if we head up that way. I also had my 15 pound schnoodle with me, which the owner gave me no trouble about. The pet fee was very reasonable, and even though she doesn't shed and didn't cause any disturbances, I really appreciated the being able to bring her along. The host was not overly helicoptering us (I had this experience at a rental before) but was very responsive to messages when I needed them. 12/10 stars for sure!
