We had a very relaxing long weekend stay, and this property did not disappoint. We had one little issue that a text with the host fixed wuth in minutes. We would definitely stay again!
Amazing cabin for a father/son weekend. Best birthday of his life. The cabin was beautiful, ate breakfast but the stream, caught fish right by the house. Gorgeous, clean and cozy. Will be booking again for the whole family!
The cabin was perfect! Pet friendly, nice kitchen, cozy porch with plenty of seating, amazing deck, and most of all a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the creek. I will definitely be back!
Extremely comfortable. Cozy with modern updates. Wonderful space and peaceful surroundings. Husband really liked the deck with lighting.Son appreciated that it was well stocked with everything you would need. Fence was perfect for the dogs and the dogs loved the turf!
Stayed at the cabin for 4 nights to relax and unwind by the creek. It was as amazing as I hoped! The bed was super comfortable and all the comforts of a home are provided. The creek being right outside was the highlight. Quiet, private, and just amazing. Very clean, everything provided and labeled well. I highly recommend!!ADVICE: pin the end of Wild Turkey Ln. as the destination for GPS because both Google and Apple Maps will take you to the road across the creek with no way to get to the cabin.
We arrived during a major storm that knocked out power and brought down several trees in the area. Since I rely on a CPAP machine, we had to stay in Ellijay the first night. The owners were incredibly responsive and kept us updated, and thankfully, the power was restored by the next day. When we returned, everything was ready for us to fully enjoy the rest of our trip. This was a sibling getaway, with each of us staying at different spots—and this cabin was by far the best. It’s beautiful, private, and incredibly peaceful. We grilled out at each location, and no one wanted to leave this one. The back deck is the perfect size, with great lighting and the soothing sound of the creek—ideal for relaxing and reminiscing.Inside, the cabin was just as impressive. The beds are memory foam—my husband was in heaven. There’s ample seating throughout the house, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. From the shade and serenity to the dragonflies, butterflies, salamanders, snails, and deer—it truly felt magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend.
Great location, and it was perfect for a getaway to unplug. Close to Blue Ridge, so you could pop into town for some shopping and dinner. We mainly stayed at the cabin and the kids played in the creek. The creek is definitely the selling point for this property, as you are right on the water and it’s shallow enough that our young kids could play with minimal oversight. The outdoor TV was a great for a late outdoor “movie night”.There were a lot of “no trespassing” signs around the property, which was kind of off putting. Not exactly sure what that is about, but maybe the neighbors have had issues with this. There is also a modestly busy road on the other side of the creek, so that took away from the “remote feel” and privacy. Wasn’t a deal breaker though. The only “disclaimer” i’d give is to just be prepared for the driveway. It’s pretty steep, and after a night of rain we spun out and stalled at the top when we tried to leave the next morning. Was not a huge deal, as we were able to reverse and gain more momentum and get up. However, if my wife would’ve been the one driving in our mini van idk that she would’ve been able to get up the driveway. If it wasn’t wet and the gravel was swept off the main drive, it wasn’t an issue. Overall it was very relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay.
We made the trip for the New Year and had a lovely time. The cabin is perfectly decorated and supplied with all the essentials. The creek is literally steps from the back porch and there are numerous places to sit outside (on the creek, the deck, the firepit). But my favorite place to sit was the enclosed patio which also has views of the creek. The managers left up light strings for the holiday and had the house lights on for our arrival. The beds were a comfy memory foam. A few things to prepare for are (1) the drive to the cabin is about 5 miles from Blue Ridge on windy roads, which is about 20 minutes. Same for the route to Copperhill, TN (2) the roads (and driveway) do get stepper and more gravel the closer you get to the cabin. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is the best plan. I would have been nervous in a front wheel or sedan. (3) guests do have to have propane for the BBQ and table firepit so if the previous renter did not leave it, you will have to supply it. Same for firewood for the traditional firepit. (4) the house is more remote so communication is pretty much only by the WiFi connection so be aware in advance in case that goes out. The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and relaxing just be prepared to be a bit remote.

We regret that we could not honor your reservation at Riverbend Den. The circumstances were beyond our control (the property had a well issue and could not be rented). We did offer you other cabins that are similar to Riverbend Den and you declined. We also offered to move the dates of your reservation to another time. You also declined our offer. You asked us to refund you the fees for the reservation and we did so immediately. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience, and we would have delighted have you as our guests.
