We haven’t stayed at a stayz property before and after this occasion we will never booked with stayz again. The house was old, the bathrooms mouldy. The toilets leaked from the base with a sodden wet bath mat the clue to this issue. The front door had a locking system that wouldn’t lock from the inside so we couldn’t lock the door at night when we were inside. Even after contacting the host and a lady came around to try and fix it on the Saturday and another person on the Sunday who made it worse. The doona on the main bed was a size too small and didn’t reach the sides. There was no wood for the fire and no “booket” explaining locations for buying any or local business for food options for breakfast, local restaurants etc. The entire set up is a shambles and should be shut for a full renovation. Do not stay here.
