Set over two levels -The living, dining and kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom are all the ground floor level. Upstairs has the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning allow for comfort over the summer months. Outside offers space for entertainment including an inviting spa pool and a great socializing seating area and BBQ for alfresco dining.
There is carparking for 1 cars in the driveway and on street parking.
