Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house.
The Neighborhood: Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
Getting Around: The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.

Our home is located near all the outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding and any other adventure you can imagine. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are all within reach!

This property does not have air conditioning.
There is front doorbell camera and a back deck camera that are operable. There cameras on the outside on the garages, but those are not operable.
The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 + tax for 1 pet and $200 +tax for 2 pets max.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!
Please NO parties. NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood, but feel free to use the fire pit/table on the deck!
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville, the elevation is 10,000 feet, while Twin Peaks is around 9,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.

Very nice accommodations. A warm log home with plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen with nice appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils. Host was polite and quick to respond. Wonderful home away from home.

Enjoyed the quite location and the amazing views from the main living room as well as the loft!. Kids loved the night sky full of stars! WE enjoyed skiing at Ski Cooper and relaxing at MT Princeton hot springs during our stay.
