Classic 4500 square foot Beach House on oversized lot with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, with seasonal hot tub (mid-May - December). This newly renovated, spacious home has a large family room and separate sitting room with gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, both of which open into a beautiful large all-season room. The home was showcased in the 2022 Rehoboth Beach Cottage Tour.

This was just lovely property, clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the upstairs king bed needs to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable BUT the overall home was fabulous and very comfortable.

This property is located on a quiet neighborhood street and is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Silver Lake. There is a lot of room to spread out in the house and the yard, although small is beautifully landscaped and private.

Terrific Beach House

This is a very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained house in a great location, close to the beach in the best part of Rehoboth. Lots of indoor space for the family to spread out and great outdoor space as well. I’m sure we will be back.

Beautiful Property and Excellent Location

This property is perfect for a big family. Beautiful decor and quiet but close in location. Would absolutely stay here again! One recommendation (not a complaint) is to offer the option to provide linens, blankets, towels, beach equipment, etc for an added fee as opposed to leaving this task to the tenants who like us, may not be familiar with this local custom. Also recommend that this requirement/added expense be disclosed up front instead of communicated after the booking. Thanks for an awesome week!
