Independent 18th century house completely renovated, located in the heart of the volcanoes of auvergne park in bessolle. The village is located 3km from Murol and 8km from Besse en chandesse. You will find on the lower floor a cellar with washing machine. The ground floor consists of a large room with fitted fitted kitchen, fan oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge. Living room, tv, old fireplace with wood stove, WC. Upstairs there is another WC, a bathroom, two bedrooms with a 140 bed and a 90 bed each for six people. A closed terrace at the front, a garden at the back, both separated from the house by a municipal road. You have a garage available for 2 cars. Remember to take quilt and fitted sheets, pillowcase.
Access:
 Road: from Clermont fd, A75 towards Issoire Montpellier exit 6 Besse, saint nectaire then Murol. In Murol take direction Besse en chandesse for 4 km before St Victor the river take Bessolle on the left the house is located in the center of the village.

A deposit of € 200 will be required upon arrival as well as a household deposit of € 80. its deposit will be returned to you if no damage is noted and the cleaning is done.
The balance of the price of accommodation will be made 30 days before the start of the stay.

Logement spacieux. Calme absolu permettant le repos. Équipement complet (seule la literie est un peu dure...). Il y a bien un petit jardin et une terrasse mais du fait qu'ils soient séparés de la maison, cela n'incite pas à en profiter spontanément car pas d'accès direct. Par contre la maison est très bien située et permet de visiter beaucoup de sites connus sans faire des kms: lac Pavin, lac Champbon, Besse (agréable petite cité médiévale), Murol, Saint-Nectaire, Mont-Dore, Puy de Sancy... Nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et apprécions vraiment cette région !

Un super séjour ! Un endroit parfait pour se mettre au vert, avec les vaches visibles depuis la fenêtre. Petit hameau isolé mais tout près de Murol en voiture. La maison est rustique mais très propre et confortable. Garage grand et sécurisé. Beaucoup de mouches mais ce sont les aléas de la campagne. Pas de wifi (mais on n'est pas là pour ça). Le proprio est gentil et très ponctuel.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Monsieur Martin. L'emplacement parfait permet d'accéder en peu de temps à de très jolis endroits (Murol, Besse, Saint-Nectaire, lac Pavin, Cirque de la fontaine salée au pied du Sancy, ...). Le hameau est très calme. Le gîte est bien équipé, fonctionnel, et parfait pour une famille avec 4 enfants. Les nôtres ont beaucoup apprécié de partager la même chambre le temps d'un court séjour ! Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié les placards dans les chambres, la grande salle de douche avec 2 lavabos, et les 2 wc, au rdc et a l'étage. Monsieur Martin a d'autre part été de bon conseil pour trouver des services sur place. Nous recommandons vivement !

Superbe maison de campagne

Petite maison de maître à la campagne, confortable, avec dépendences (garage jardin cours) jouxtant une ferme. Nous sommes arrivés fatigués par un méchant rhume, mais le côté cozy (et très bien équipée) de la maison et la gentillesse du propriétaire nous ont permis de nous reposer en toute tranquillité. Le lendemain, les vaches sortaient au champ pour la première fois après l'hiver. Les fermiers avaient tenu à nous prévenir qu'elles seraient un peu nerveuses et que c'était une bonne idée de garer la voiture au garage, pour éviter d'éventuelles rayures :) Les mômes étaient aux anges. Il est possible de partir à pieds de la maison pour faire plusieurs circuits de randos. Nous n'avons pas pu cette fois-ci, vu notre état, mais nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir pour au moins une semaine.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce petit havre de tranquillité au coeur des volcans d'Auvergne. Le logement est conforme à sa description, confortable, et sa situation géographique nous a permis de découvrir de jolis coins d'Auvergne (lac Pavin, cheminée des fées,Murol, etc)
