Relax with the whole family at this spacious beachy haven, where you can hear the sea whilst relaxing on the deck. Two rows back from beach, this beautifully decorated home has everything you need for a relaxing break.

Perfectly positioned super close to the beach and the Matarangi shops (Cafe, Four Square, Bottle Store).

Lots of activities in Matarangi from the beautiful beach to the golf course, and amazing walks along the coastline.
The space
The Palm House sleeps up to 12, with two king beds, one queen bed, and a bunk room that sleeps 6 (with 1 double, 3 single, and one comfy pull-out single mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (including nespresso coffee machine), glassware, and serveware, making it perfect for entertaining.

The living space is open plan, with two seating areas, a roaring fire, and a 8-seater dining table.

There is a large sun drenched deck outside, with a lounge area and a huge 10-seater outdoor table, which can be covered or un-covered under a retractable awning.

The Palm House has a range of things to enjoy including a table tennis table in the garage, tennis rackets, bikes (two adult and two kids bikes), boogie boards, a surfboard, beach chairs, and a beach trolley to take it all to the beach which is a short stroll away.

Fully hooked up with fibre broadband and wifi mesh with Apple TVs upstairs in the kids bunkroom and downstairs in the main TV area. The kids bunkroom also has a Nintendo switch attached to the TV.
Other things to note
Park anywhere on the lawn. If you have an electric car, park in front of the garage and run the cable to the sockets on the bench.
