Do not book here, the host is horrible, I had an emergency with my husband ending up in emergency room and the host took two days to respond and instead of giving me refund back he gave me a bad review. STAY AwAy from this property. The picture are completely different then reality. False advertisement. The property was nasty and not at all kept up, very old and broken down.The host is very insensitive and only wishes to make quick money out of people’s emergencies. Very medically dangerous house

And let's be honest 1) you told us you didn't check in when you did (we saw you and your group on the cameras) and you made a mess 2) unfortunately because of our cancellation policy in place to protect hosts you were not eligible for a refund literally the day of your check in and we responded the day you messaged us and also told you to contact VRBO (please be honest in your reviews next time). You were just upset we did not give you a full refund so you left a bad review about the home as well. Future guests it's unfortunate when people like this leave bad reviews for hosts that genuinely try to make experiences great.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We came to Flagstaff with family so we could ski at the Snowbowl and Glenn was more than helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had! I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house for large group

Great for big groups.

We had a lot of fun here! Owner was super responsive to all of our issues and needs. Loved all the levels and hang out spaces, got use out of the hot tub and pool table. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bunk beds were a bit flimsy for grown men but they held. We loved the kitchen and the yard. Was a really beautiful property and we had a great relaxing time.

Family vacation

The house had plenty of space for two families. The grocery store was super convenient, Snowbowl and old town was just a short distance away. The pool table, darts and hockey table kept everyone busy! The hot tub was a great added bonus! Our host was informative and available for any questions or instructions.

Spring break 25

This property was in a neighborhood just outside the city center and close to interstate. It made it convenient to get where we needed. Host was great with accommodating our different check in times and communication! The house was set up perfectly for our family-- plenty of room for everyone and their own 'space' since the house is on 4 levels. Outside grill, hot tub, and sitting area was really nice.

Great for a group

Glenn was great to work with and very responsive. We had 3 families and all fit comfortably. Loved the game room and kids bunk bed room. Also the large dining table was great for our big group. Glenn addressed all concerns quickly.

First and foremost, NEVER STAY AT THIS HOUSE.THIS PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICS IN THE LISTING. WE ESCAPED THIS PLACE A HOUR OR TWO LATER AND LUCKILY BOOKED ANOTHER RENTAL IN FLAGSTAFF. We have the images to back up all claims. HEALTH ISSUE ALERT! Black mold growing in the downstairs ceiling. Absolutely disgusting. There was a stench of mold and mildew that had an immediate effect on people with asthma.. There is another spot where the paint in the ceiling is bubbling. Mold crack in another part of ceiling. Main table to eat in kitchen bows.Fingernail clippings left on floor. Dog piss on furniture/carpet.Furniture on patio was filthy and broken. Washer and dryer outside next to the hot tub.5th bedroom is actually the master bed closet with an air mattress. Handle on sliding back door is broken.Shower stall in master bedroom has dirty tiles and mold/mildew.Bed had stain plus pubic hair sitting on it.Bedroom with does not have a TV, the wires are still sticking out of wall.Upstairs bedroom has big fan in wall with outside exposure. Pool table located in an absolutely filthy garage.Wood shavings plus other crap just laying on the floor. Cracked bathroom sink and round baby toilet seat installed on oval toilet. Nice touch! Multiple dirty chairs. Front driveway had some sort of rusted crusty BBQ appliance. THERE ARE MORE. RAN OUT ROOM.. Glenn still owes a full refund, GLENN, DO THE RIGHT THING!

A modern cabin outdoor feel with trees and nature around. 5-15 min from all essentials and a variety of restaurants. Only an 1hr 20min from the Grand Canyon making a family friendly trip. Minds park only 20-30 min away and hidden gem of Arizona.

What makes this property unique

My property features 4 storeys, 2 patios and 1 deck with a large main king sized bedroom with private patio and washroom. We have a large outdoor area with BBQ, Hot tub, patio furniture for dining and drinking. A large games room for the family. A beautiful stone wall in the stairs area built in 1985 it’s definitely a unique part of the home. We have bunk beds for the kids! Our dining table can sit 8-10 people and was hand crafted.
