The check in process was very straight forward and clear instructions given by the owner. They were easy to communicate to if their was any issues as well as the property very clean and well maintained. It is a great property for big groups as their is space and alot of rooms.

Amazing house, fabulous location and friendly hosts

What a fabulous property. We rented all three parts (upstairs and both self contained units) for our family reunion and it was perfect. We had separate spaces for adults and kids and then the huge living areas for communal time. The kitchen really is fitted out with everything you could ever need and we all loved the massive couch. Elle, the host, was great to deal with. Finally the location is spot on. The beach is just steps away and the shops an easy 5-10min walk. We loved watching the parrots nesting in the trees and glimpses of the sea from the balcony. It really gave us an Australian experience for our US cousins. Can’t recommend this place enough and would love to get back sometime soon.

I work in the film & tv industry as a Producer/Production Manager. I also manage our own beach house. I love Mills Beach and enjoy being here regularly!

Why they chose this property

Mornington is a vibrant scene with loads of cafes, restaurants, bars and entertainment. It's also the gateway to the Peninsula where there are hot springs, wineries, distilleries, hiking coastal trails, art exhibitions and water sports.

Mills Beach is my favourite beach on the Mornington Peninsula. It's often sheltered from the wind and lined with beautifully painted beach boxes. The water is fairly shallow so is warmer in than other beaches, which is perfect for swimming, kayaking and SUPing.

What makes this property unique

As well as being the 3rd house away from the most beautiful beach in the Peninsula, our property is perfect for big groups with 3 separate entries, giving different families privacy. It also has a balcony with a great view of the sea and a large patio area with fire place for a large group to gather.

The house is less than a 10 min stroll to the shopping/cafe precinct, or a 2 min drive.
