Opposite Bennetts Beach
A two bedroom townhouse located opposite Bennett's Beach, an ideal spot for a family holiday. Listen to the waves crashing of an evening from the balcony or bedroom.
The main bedroom can also accommodate an additional guest as the adjoining room has a sofa bed available.
Walking distance to the shops, golf course, restaurants and Jimmy's Beach.
Important Points
-No Garage Access – Single carport only.
-Driveway is steep and narrow in width, suitable for small to medium sized vehicles only.
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
-Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.
