Great location opposite a supermarket and only a short 8-10 minute walk to the station.Our host was great with communication and quick to respond to questions.The area is very pretty and locally authentic.The living area was spacious for Japanese standards and the host provided welcome snacks and cold water bottles in the fridge. We were supplied all we needed for our stay.One note to people older and lesser able bodied. If you have mobility issues it would be difficult for you due to needing to crawl into the bed spaces. The futons were a bit hard for my old body but was good as far as futon comfort goes.Everything was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Being American and used to staying in American hotels, we wanted to have a small apartment so that my son and his family who live in Tokyo could spend time with us there. The pods with the futons in them as the sleeping quarters were very comfortable, and it was great to have the common area of the large dining room table and the small kitchen free from futons on the floor. The pods have two light switches one by where you enter and one by the top of the bed that has a dimmer switch on it so you can comfortably read or whatever without having to crawl around to turn on and off the light. That was much appreciated. The bathroom was great with a washing machine available and a good strong showerhead. The host was very accommodating and reached out to collect garbage around the middle of our stay. And I’m not going to lie, having a grocery store literally steps away across the street was hugely convenient! The location was also very convenient to shopping, dining, and the train station. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely consider staying there again next time we visit Tokyo.
