"BEACHES" - For A Great Peninsula Getaway - is a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy comfortable beach accommodation.
This immaculately presented 3 bedroom home can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable queen size bed - sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size bed and a single bed - sleeps 3
Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunks for the kids - sleeps 4
Large lounge / living area with split system air conditioning and heating. Fully equipped kitchen / dining area with microwave, oven, rangehood and fridge. Cupboards are fully stocked with crockery, glassware, saucepans and all other kitchen / cooking utensils.
Large fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath and a large vanity basin. Separate toilet/powder room. Large laundry with new washing machine.
Entertainment area, outdoor dining setting, gas bbq, huge backyard and beautiful gardens.
"BEACHES" is close to the Beach - Swimming and Surfing, Cafes, Restaurants and Shops. Some of the Peninsula's great Wineries, Golf Courses, Marina, Art & Craft Markets, Cinemas, Antique Stores, Mazes, Carnivals, Sorrento - Queenscliff Ferry and the beautiful Peninsula Hot Springs are only a short drive away.
Very clean & comfortable home providing a tranquil relaxing atmosphere for that perfect holiday / getaway.
All you need to bring are your top and bottom sheeets, doona covers, pillow cases and bath / beach towels.
