My friends and I stayed for the weekend, to attend the Pink 2024 concert, and it's safe to say we had an absolute blast.
Flew over from Perth, check in was so easy, shown to our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with a balcony on the 22nd floor by a lovely Frenchman. Tram stop directly outside the building which was very handy.

Great location, Anzac Stn tram hub , soon to have trains. Ideally suited for 3-4 nights stay, get breakfast incl - worth it. Suited my purposes 1 week stay.

Great stay. Location was perfect for our trip. Lovely room - we were upgraded so had a balcony , kitchen separate bedroom - very nice. Would stay here again.

The apartment is as represented by the photos; all was comfortable in attractively styled surroundings in a small, quiet and secure block with very easy access to shops and trams.
The owner communicated very promptly and clearly and, since we were booking from a different state, that helped us to quickly feel that we could rely on all being as we had expected.
I'll happily recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne within easy reach of the city and surroundings.
