To the exterior is allocated parking for 1 car, with plenty of roadside parking nearby and a patio with seating and steps up to an enclosed garden, perfectly secure for your dog and children to play. Cecily Cottage offers a lovely seaside break in a popular region of Devon.

Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TV's, DVD player, WiFi (Fibre Optic), selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Allocated parking for 1 car, with plenty of roadside parking nearby. Patio with seating, steps up to lawned area,is good for dogs as fully enclosed. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Logs for the wood burner won't be provided during the summer period (April - September). Note: the property is up hill from the beach.
