Herrlich

Herrlich ruhige Gegend, großzügiges Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, großer gepflegter Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Eine tolle Gastgeberin die sich um unser Wohl bemüht hat. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We waren in het begin een beetje op onze hoede (twee maand huren aan de hand van een beschrijving en foto’s) maar, … hebben ter plaatse charmante, eerlijke en betrouwbare eigenaars ontmoet. Het was er kraaknet en alles kwam volledig overeen met de foto’s en de beschrijving. We voelden ons er direct thuis. Geen addertjes onder het gras. De villa ligt in een prachtige omgeving, dicht bij het fijne badstadje Moraira (geen hoogbouw) en nabij Javea, Denia en iets verder Calpe. De woning is prima onderhouden en de eigenaars zijn fier op hun woning. Ze doen er dan ook alles aan om de villa tip-top te houden. De woning ligt in een mooie, rustige villawijk. Je wagen staat er veilig naast de villa achter een gesloten poort. Er is een groot en volledig afgesloten terras met zwembad waar je de ganse dag van de zon kan genieten, al of niet in de schaduw van de overkapping. Ook in de living heb je, indien gewenst (rolluiken en airco aanwezig), de ganse dag zon. Zeer aangenaam! Vanuit de living heb je enerzijds zicht op het terras en zwembad en anderzijds op het achterliggend dal en berglandschap. Wij waren met 2 personen maar de villa is zeker ook ideaal voor 4 personen. Ook fijn dat ons hondje er welkom was. Bij leven en welzijn, gaan we volgend jaar terug!

Fantastic villa!

We returned from our holiday at this villa two days ago, and are missing it already! The villa is light and spacious, and has everything you would need in it. The pool was great too! The area is quiet and peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We hired a car from the airport, and visited lots of lovely places. I would also like to say that the owners are lovely people, and it was great to meet them. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Heerlijke vakantie in mooie villa

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze mooie villa. Van alle gemakken voorzien, rustige omgeving. Komt helemaal overeen met de foto's en omschrijving. ook een heerlijk zwembad wat in de zon ligt waardoor het voor de tijd dat wij er zaten nog heel fijn was om te gebruiken. Wij waren met 2 personen maar ook met 4 personen is het goed te doen aangezien de beide slaapkamers een eigen badkamer hebben of als je met 6 bent er nog een aparte studio aangebouwd zit. Ook zeer vriendelijk geholpen door de eigenaar. Je moet wel in het bezit zijn van een auto maar zit op prima afstand van strand, winkels en leuke restaurants. In Moraira kun je voor je boodschappen prima terecht bij de Spaanse supermarkt Mercadona en daarnaast is er nog een schitterende Carrefour of op de vrijdagochtend naar de markt.

Great Location

We found the villa as described by the owners. It was clean and tidy on arrival and the owners were most helpful when needed. The villa is situated in a quiet location and is within just a few minutes drive of several small towns and popular beaches.

Heerlijke vakantie in deze prachtige villa

Heerlijke woning rustig gelegen binnen 10 minuten op het strand en dan weer lekker rustig terug naar de villa met heerlijk en goed onderhouden prive zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien, echt een aanrader wie rustig wil genieten maar ook in enkele minuten in een wat drukkere omgeving wil zijn. Mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Centraal gelegen om leuke uitstapjes en trips te maken. Je moet wel met de auto komen of er ter plekke een huren.
