Elegant and Large apartment with free car parking near Venice
Apartment in a nice and quite neighborhood.
You can park your car for free and reach the historical city center by a single bus in 20 min. This is a new flat with independent access for your complete privacy.

The apartment is 70 m² on the first floor and is surrounded by a lovely garden.
The roomy apartment consists of 5 rooms:
- Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher;
- Living room with a very large table (8 seats), comfortable seatings and a 38-inch TV;
- Bathroom with tub / shower;
- 2 Bedrooms with double bed (king size) and wardrobe.
WiFi, washing machine, 37-inch TV, air conditioning, microwave oven, iron, dishwasher, towels and bed linen.
It is possible to park your car in front of the house in a safe private street.
Free Wi-Fi and open digital TV. Accommodation includes bed linen and towels.
