Nestled within walking distance of both New Town and Old Town Edinburgh, my home is conveniently situated near Broughton Street and Elm Row. This area is renowned for its culinary delights, featuring delightful delis, charming tea houses, small eateries, cafes, and inviting pubs. Only a brief stroll from Princes Street, Broughton Street embodies the 'independent spirit of Edinburgh,' offering a diverse and eclectic experience. Adorned with classic 19th-century townhouses, Royal Terrace enhances the neighborhood's allure, making it an ideal and enchanting destination for your stay in the captivating city of Edinburgh.
Getting Around:
- Numerous attractions are within walking distance of the property. Free parking is available from Monday to Thursday between 17:00 and 08:00, as well as from Friday to Monday during the same hours.
- For those arriving from Edinburgh Airport, take the Tram or Airlink bus to Princes Street. A quick taxi ride or a bus journey on routes 12, 16, or 22 will take you to the apartment. You can also opt for the Tram to the final stop, and the apartment is a mere 10-minute walk away.
- Traveling by train? Edinburgh Waverley is the nearest railway station. Hop on Lothian Buses 5, 7, 14, 45, or 49, or take a quick taxi ride to reach the apartment.
- Navigating the city by bus is easy with Lothian Buses, the primary bus operator in Edinburgh. Utilize their free app for route maps, fare details, and live bus times, enhancing your convenience for exploring the city.

- The home is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building.
