It is a five bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a gorgeous drawing room and a fabulous open plan country house kitchen/diner (complete with 4 oven Everhot Range) and set within extensive garden grounds. The Factor's House affords an opportunity to sample true country living whilst being a stones throw from all that historic St Andrews has to offer.

The Factor's House was originally built in the mid-19th century and many original features have been retained while the property has been brought fully up to date.
