Upstairs, three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary suite features a king bed and private bath The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a twin‑over‑full bunk plus an additional twin, share a hall bathroom. A second large open deck on this level provides even more space for lounging and sunbathing under the Carolina sky.

The decks both upstairs and down are wonderful for entertaining and enjoying the great outdoors. 48 Pelican Bay is an elevated home which allows for convenient parking and storage underneath.
