The house benefits from a garage / laundry and it is easy normally to find a place to park in the street (rare in Nice!)

DEMEURE AVEC UN CHARME FOU IDEALEMENT SITUEE
Localisation dans un quartier très calme et pourtant très proche du centre-ville. Accès très facile aux commerces, au réseau de bus, à Nice, Villefranche et autres localités.
Très belle villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tout est à disposition pour faciliter le séjour.
Très agréable jardin avec différents coins pour se reposer, lire, lézarder en profitant de la vue magnifique.
