Barbara (beach 50 meters approximately), large terrace with magnificent view of the extraordinary beach of "Los Bateles-Chorrillo". 10 minutes walking from the historic center, 5 minutes from the fishermen's quarter and bars and leisure area at the same time in a quiet area for rest.
WIFI included in the price.

Como en tu casa enfrente de la playa.

Apartamento todo exterior de dos habitaciones, salón, cocina completa y baño de cuatro piezas. Espectacular terraza. Ideal para familias con hijos (en las literas caben 3 y podéis pedir una cuna). WI-FI sin problemas. Muy bien equipado. Trato muy bueno tanto con el dueño como la encargada. No tiene garage. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda.

Muchas gracias Julia, estaré encantado de volveros a tener como huéspedes. De plaza de garaje se puede disponer con reserva previa, sujeta a disponibilidad, esta situada en el mercado de abasto (Ajena a la propiedad), reservando con tiempo no hay problemas.

Muy buena ubicacion en primera línea de playa y a 7 minutos del centro paseando.La playa, frente al apartamento MAGNÍFICA. Cuenta con todos los servicios y chiringuitos,por lo que si no quieres moverte a las localidades vecinas no es necesario utilizar el coche. Lo mejor la terraza con vistas a la playa la hemos disfrutado mucho. El apartamento muy bien equipado ,se agradece la wifi gratis.Juan jose el propietario siempre amable y servicial. El apartamento es tal como se describe y aparece en las fotografías. Situado junto a la playa con una gran terraza donde puedes disfrutar de una magnífica vista al mar mientras desayunas o de una agradable velada. A 5-10 minutos del centro. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. El propietario siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarte. Volveremos !!

APARTAMENTO MUY CÓMODO, COMO EN CASA

El apartamento tiene una ubicación fantastica y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Juan José Basallote, se ha preocupado personalmente, d que esto pudiera ser así. Teniendo en cuenta en las fechas q hemos ido, y al no estar seguros d q tiempo haría, le pregunté si había un calentador d aire en el baño, para llevar yo uno en caso d no ser así, y él, sin pensarlo me dijo q no me preocupara que cuando llegáramos al apartamento tendría uno nuevo, porque no había. Lo mismo hizo cuando le pregunté si había nórdicos en las camas... La casa muy limpia. Yo recomiendo el apartamento si o si.
