Magnificent situation: street parallel to the promenade, very close to the beach (50 meters approx), and the historic center and leisure area (3 min.), Being at the same time a quiet area, optimal for rest.
The Apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room, bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen.
Small terrace in the living room and balconies in both rooms, all with magnificent sea views.
Garage space included, important in Conil in summer, which allows freedom of movement without having to worry about parking.
Internet connection included in the price.
Air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room.

Perfekte Lage für Strand und City

Ich habe mich sofort und auch meinen kompletten Aufenthalt (10 Tage) in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Möbel-Ausstattung der Wohnung ist typisch für den Süden und auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Es ist alles sauber geputzt. Herd, Backofen sind neu; Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle im Top-Zustand. Angenehmer und sauberer Wohnkomplex in dem hauptsächlich Eigentümer wohnen bzw Ferien machen. Direkt am Strand und direkte Nähe zum Ortskern mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften sowie kleiner Supermarkt (3min Fußweg ). Die Wohnung ist durch die Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. 85 Stufen habe ich gezählt. Der Ausblick ist es wert. Man kann zu Fuß auch den oberen Zugang nutzen, dann sind es weniger. Ich war nach dem Aufenthalt zumindest fitter als bei meiner Ankunft. Der abendliche Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus war jeden Abend ein Highlight. Conil bietet Ruhe oder Action. Es ist beides bzw. entweder/oder möglich. Doppelbett wäre mir zu zweit zu klein... WLAN-Daten bei Schlüsselübergabe klären. Daten aus der E-Mail von FeWo-direkt stimmten bei mir nicht. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Juan José unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Schlüsselübergabe findet in der Regel nicht mit ihm statt da er in Sevilla wohnt. Loli war auch sehr nett und hat mir alles geduldig gezeigt. Ich war das 4.Mal in Conil und beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder diese Wohnung. Restaurantempfehlungen: Frühstück: Malcafé Mittag-/Abendessen: Mistura, Malabata, La Pasajera, Fontanilla

Agréable séjour au bord de l'Atlantique.

Très bon contact avec Juan José le propriétaire et francophone , disponible pour répondre rapidement à vos questions. Nous avons été accueillis sans problème le jour de notre arrivée. Nous étions trois et avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine dans cet appartement à 5-10mn de la plage mais en retrait de l'agitation du soir, ce qui est appréciable aussi, avec une vue à 180 degrés sur l'Atlantique pour manger et prendre l'apéro sur le balcon. Vous pourrez admirer un superbe coucher de soleil sur l'océan. Attention, apportez un parasol car le soleil tape! Appartement très bien équipé, ( draps et serviettes, WiFi, climatiseur ) calme, proche des commerces alimentaires, des nombreux petits restaurants et de la rue commerçante, avec une place de parking dans un garage ce qui est appréciable vu la rareté des places. Plages spacieuses, eau de la mer à la bonne température. Conil petit village blanc aux airs d'Andalousie, avec son petit musée, animé les soir, proche de Cadix. Un lieu sympa pour passer un séjour agréable .

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut mit schönem Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Sie ist gut ausgestattet einschließlich der Küche. Bad mit Fenster. José ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er stand immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an José.

sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit bestem Rundum-Meerblick . Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man ganztägig die Sonne u. abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. In jedem Zimmer bodentiefe Fenster mit französichem Balkon Super u. praktisch eingerichtet, alles vorhanden (Bad mit Fenster u. Badewanne, Küchenutensilien, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee...). Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Appartement idéalement placé à Conil de la Frontera

Tout d'abord un chaleureux accueil de Juan José à notre arrivée, l'appartement est à 3 minutes à pied de la mer et autant des commerces, tout en étant au calme (fin octobre). La vue sur la mer est magnifique, que ce soit du salon ou des chambres. L'appartement est très bien équipé, c'était parfait. Idéal autant pour visiter Cadix ou Vejer que pour les plages.

Magnífico apartamento. Increíbles vistas al mar

Llevamos yendo varios años a Conil por vacaciones y este es con diferencia el mejor apartamento que hemos alquilado. Las vistas al mar y a la playa son increíbles !! La situación es perfecta: Junto a la playa y muy cerca del centro, 5 minutos a pie, en una zona también tranquila para el descanso. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. la plaza de garaje es de agradecer en una zona que por su cercanía a la playa es de difícil aparcamiento. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario, Juan José, muy atento y preocupado por nuestro bienestar. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos. Gracias Juan José.

ESTUPENDA

Nos encantó el apartamento. Juan José el propietario en todo momento está pendiente de cualquier necesidad que puedas tener, muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que tienes la playa a pocos metros, y el centro de Conil también a pocos metros, con la ventaja de tranquilidad por la noche. El apartamento tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso Juan José nos tenía preparada una botella de agua fría para cuando entramos en el apartamento. El hecho de tener una plaza de garaje en Conil es un plus a tener en cuenta. Muchas gracias Juan José por todo. Nos ha encantado, seguro que repetiremos.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage mit bester Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestatten, besonders für Leute, die auch mal gerne selbst etwas kochen, denn die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur diese. Die Wohnung bietet einen guten Komfort. Ein kleines Manko gibt es: Der Balkon ist etwas beengt und es ist dort sehr windig. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn wer das Meer so nah haben will, der muss auch schon mal mit Wind rechnen. José stand immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an José und Pilar

Estuvimos en primavera. Un apartamento agradable, limpo y muy bien situado. Cerca de la playa, que se ve desde sus ventanas, cerca del centro y de lugares de ocio pero sin ningúno de ellos en la cercanía lo que conlleva tranquilidad y ningun ruido. El aparcamiento propio también supone una gran ventaja. Buena atención de Juan José.

Wir waren jetzt zum 2. mal da und es war wieder super

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Strand. Wir hatten jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
