Welcome to Private Villa with Large Garden, an exclusive independent residence located in one of the most peaceful and charming areas of Budoni, Sardinia. Sleeping Area: A spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Living Area: Bright living room with kitchenette and sofa, also served by air conditioning. Kitchen amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a full set of cookware.
Bathrooms & Laundry: A second full bathroom is available for guests. You will also find a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 30mb) for remote working or streaming your favorite content.
Outdoor Living: Veranda & 600sqm Garden
The outdoor space is designed for enjoying the Sardinian climate in total relaxation:
Large Covered Veranda: A spacious shaded area perfect for al-fresco dining and enjoying the sea breeze.
