A blissful week

We had a fantastic stay in this villa last week. It was immaculately clean throughout and well appointed. Lovely and spacious and a really nice pool, which we arranged to be heated during our stay (well worth it)! Susana was a brilliant host and regularly kept in touch with us. We enjoyed daily walks into the centre (45 minutes) or walked to the nearest taxi rank (15 mins). All in all a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

October 2023 Holiday

We had a lovely relaxing week's stay at Villa El Ancla in October. The villa is spacious, light and airy and absolutely spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Susana who was on hand when needed. She also kindly dropped us off at the Rubicon one evening when our taxi was late. Our week in Playa Blanca was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and Susana surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake. All in all a fabulous week and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

The villa was lovely , very spacious and clean and we spent a lovely week enjoying the area . What spoilt the holiday were the continuous texts I got from the owner Suzanne when I was at the airport travelling home . She accused us of breaking a bin lid ( which clipped on and off) and damaging some electric charger . I kept replying to her saying we had not broken anything but she wouldn’t stop texting demanding money . An unsavoury end to what was a lovely holiday

Dear guest, You know That you have broken the ítems. You even tried Not to pay the deposit and asked 2 days before departing to get it back. Than you went away 45 minutes before the sceduled time. We wanted to meet at 10:00 you left at 09:15. By coincidente I Met you at the street. Even than you did Not mencioned the demages. Not the class of acting I am used with my guests. Best regards

Jingle all the way to joyful holidays

We recently had the most delightful Christmas stay at a villa in Lanzarote, and it was nothing short of a festive fairy tale! The moment we stepped into the villa, it was like Santa's workshop meets luxury living. The heated pool became our personal winter wonderland – splashing around under the Lanzarote sun while sipping hot cocoa was a Christmas dream come true. I almost expected to see Rudolph lounging by the poolside! The villa itself was a holiday masterpiece. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped to handle a feast fit for a group of elves. What truly set this place apart was the staff– Santa's little helpers, I presume. They were incredibly responsive and made us feel like Christmas VIPs. From fixing a minor hiccup in record time to recommending the best local spots for holiday treats, their dedication was more heartwarming than a cup of cocoa by the fireplace. Our Christmas in Lanzarote will forever be etched in our memories, thanks to this magical villa, its heated pool, and the attentive staff who made our festive dreams come true. It's safe to say; this experience sleighed all expectations!
