NICE LUXURY HOLIDAY VILLA TO RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 6 people.
LAYOUT: This house tastefully decorated with high quality details consists of two floors connected internally together by a spiral staircase. The main floor has a large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, open to living room with a bar. It has two large rooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On this floor we find two bathrooms, one of them en suite. This same floor has direct connection from the living room and one of its bedrooms to the terrace and garden. The upper floor consists of a huge and fabulous room (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom and terrace with views.
EXTERIOR: The well kept garden surrounding the house is perfectly furnished and lit. We have a wonderful pool surrounded by grass with sunbeds. It has also parking and garage. The views are open to a small pine forest giving an atmosphere of quietness while the property is quite private.
LOCATION : The villa " The Magraner " is located in a nice and quiet residential area near the sandy beach of La Fustera ( 5min drive) as well as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Next to the villa we find a beautiful park where you can barbecue while the kids play on the swings .
OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONNED ON THE THREE BEDROOMS AND LOUNGE. FREE INTERNET.
