The Old Stables is a detached property situated within the village of Exford. It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor super king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped utility. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs. The Old Stables promises a wonderful retreat.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, combination oven/microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, fridge/freezer, TV and WiFi. Bed Linen and Towels inc. rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner which includes firelighters, kindling and matches inc. in rent. Off-road parking for six cars. Rear courtyard garden with picnic table and BBQ. Front enclosed lawn garden with river view with garden bench. Strictly only one well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub 5 min off road, riverside walk. Note: Check in is 5pm onwards.
