Excellent location, right in the centre of Grasmere with pubs and restaurants around the corner. Hosts were very friendly and the apartment was lovely, cozy and very private.

Thanks for taking the time to write about your stay with us; reviews are important to us. We are glad you enjoyed your break with us and hope to welcome you back in the near future.
The VRBO was very clean and neat and had everything we needed for a few days. The only thing we disliked was the shower. The water pressure was lower than we are used to in the US. Just a little spoiled. Other than that, it was great for a few nights.
Compact apartment, perfect for a couple or single. Small double bed and limited headroom in the bedroom but fine for a few nights. Due to limited headroom there isn’t a shower but there is a shower attachment in the bath for hair washing. Great location in the centre of Grasmere. We would definitely return.
Living room/kitchen good, Bedroom ok but bathroom not clean, toilet smelled of stale urine, long hairs everywhere inc. in the bath. Bathroom dated and needs attention.
This is a brilliant gem right I. The center of Grasmere, the apartment is great for 2 people, loads of space, everything you need, lovely and warm. The hosts look after you and are lovely and friendly. I can’t fault this accommodation and will be back on a regular basis

The property was very private, well presented and clean and we loved the proximity to restaurants and pubs in grasmere
We had a really lovely stay in Grasmere. The property was sparkling clean and the location is brilliant. Brian and Pat were so accommodating and very flexible when we had to alter the dates of our stay slightly. Would stay again.

Hello Natasha.
Thanks for your kind thoughts. It's wonderful to read a good report when the Coronvirus is causing such disruption to us all. Thank you.

Fab little apartment, although was let down by the very uncomfortable bed and very tired bedding.
We attempted to resolve the bedding situation, without success.
Shame really.
A small but adequately proportioned cottage located in the very centre of Grasmere. The cottage is well equipped with everything you would need with parking next to the accommodation.
It is a lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean, well equipped, warm, comfy bed. Well thought out. Right in the heart of Grasmere. Really helpful and friendly hosts. It is small and cosy. I had baths but shower is really only suitable for hair wash due to sloping ceiling. Lovely tree that you park under, which the birds love too. But there is a hose to wash down the car when you leave! Really great value. Thank you
This little place is extremely well appointed and was very comfortable. It might be a problem for tall people with its sloping roofs, but average-height people are fine. We were there in glorious summer weather but it would be very cosy in less clement weather and has the advantage of self-catering as an alternative to the pricey local restaurants. Parking immediately outside was a plus as it's in the centre of the town and it's walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. If we'd had time we would have appreciated basking on the lawn with our books or newspapers.
