Small fully equipped studio in the heart of Paris located two minutes from the most beautiful avenue in the world: The Champs Elysees and the greatest Parisian pleasures such as the Eiffel Tower, by Monceau, Concorde, Invalide, Trocadero, Bois de Boulogne. Metro serviced (Charles De Gaulle Etoile line 1,2,6) and Rere A (Ternes line 2) are nearby, as well as various shops (Fnac Ternes) and restaurants.

Accommodation: Small studio ideal for solitary stay, couple, tourism and business trips with sofa bed. Bultex mattress that takes the shape of the body for absolute comfort.

Studio très agréable

Petit studio très agréable , très propre , très bien placé et très bien équipé ! Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à contacter le propriétaire qui a été très arrangeant ! Un seul problème : l'état de la douche ; il y avait visiblement un problème d'étanchéité … Et à préciser : les toilettes sont privées et à l'extérieur du studio .

Gemütliches Zimmer und super Lage!

Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, man hat hier jedoch alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen exakt mit der Wohnung überein. Außerdem war der Co-host sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns zusätzlich noch sehr viele Tips für die Stadt geben können.

VERY small studio with no a/c but in a great neighborhood

Laurent was a nice host and welcomed us upon arrival. The rental is in an amazing location. The property itself is very very small. The bed is a fold out couch with a very thin mattress on it. The pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no sheet. It should really be listed as a rental for one person only. The shower had duct tape all around the base and smelled of mildew. The toilet is outside of the room in the hallway so be prepared for that. The main issue for us was no a/c despite it being in the listing. It was 97 when we were there and that’s the whole reason why we booked this place.

Ce studio est joliment rénové, au calme et très bien placé. Dommage que le canapé lit ne soit pas confortable (matelas défoncé) et qu'il soit difficile de régler la douche entre froid et brûlant.

très bien placé; à proximité de l'arc de triomphe; et de 2 stations de métro Argentine et Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Studio plutôt calme ; on entendait les oiseaux ! à Paris çà change des klaxons!!! MAIS des portes qui claquent dans l'immeuble ; de plus, inconvénient du WC dans la cage d'escalier et JE N'AI PAS REUSSI A ME CONNECTER A INTERNET malgré ma demande au propriétaire et leur code pass sur FREE WIFI.
