An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. Elizabeth was so helpful with any and all questions we had and very accommodating. The check-in process went smooth and the property is amazing with a beautiful view and she left so many resources throughout the house, like a kitchen full of dishes and even laundry detergent! 10/10 would recommend.

Close to Gulf and the baby beach on the sound!We happened to be there during Blue Angels week and from our balcony we enjoyed all the performances!House was well equipped with beach items, cooking utensils and linens! We rent often and have never stayed at a home that was so well stocked for guests. The owner response was lightning fast and we wanted for nothing. We felt very well taken care of - much different than renting from a company or long distance owner. It felt like we were renting from family, someone who wants your vacation to be amazing - and it was. It was obvious the owners take pride in their property because it is impeccably clean, maintained and decorated both inside and out. Our extended family was thrilled with the pool, great location and gorgeous home. It is difficult to find a waterfront home with a fenced backyard and an owner that welcomes dogs - as well as the home having an elevator and pool. This is a rare find and the owners' attention to detail and care put it over the top. We couldn't be more happy with our stay. We highly recommend this outstanding rental. We will be back to make more priceless memories, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This was the perfect house for our group! Kids loved the pool and the kitchen/living area was large and pleasant for hanging out and cooking. Good view of the beach for being across the street from it. Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood and beach.

We had amazing experience at the beach house. Our kids loved the pool. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The beach was even easier access than we expected, and could be seen from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Elizabeth and Lynn are outstanding hosts. My family enjoyed our time, and we had so much fun. This property was close to everything. Our small dog loved the fenced in back yard, and we spent a lot of time at the pool and grilling out. We loved it here!! This is our second time using VRBO, and both times they have nailed it.

We had a fantastic stay and our host was very communicative. The property was beautiful and the listing really lived up to our experience. We had such a great trip at Sunshine Beach House! This house was perfect for our needs for the week. The lower level bedrooms allow for more dark and quiet areas for those who like to sleep in. Both king beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the furniture and dining table as we eat most all meals at home during vacation. The kitchen is extremely well stocked as well as the storage room by pool. We plan to come back next year and I'll pack alot less beach gear and toys thanks to the generous amenities the home offers. Beach access is literally a 2 minute walk away where we got to see the Blue Angels buzz overhead on our last night. Perfect week! Thanks for sharing your home with us Elizabeth and Lynn! We appreciate all your help and attention to detail making this a great vacation home!

We had a beautiful weeklong stay with three generations of family in attendance. The yard is lovely and well maintained, the walk to the beach is very short, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip -- would absolutely stay here again!

It’s an amazing property!!! Our family really enjoyed it!! The pool and the inwater seats were AMAZING!!! The kids and even the grandbabies enjoyed the pool almost more than the beach!!! GORGEOUS!!

Even Better than Advertised!My wife and I stayed here with one adult son and four teenagers on Spring Break, and everyone agreed that it was even better than expected. The house highlights for us were: (1) heated pool (the ocean was a little too cold for swimming - even for the kids!!) (2) elevator for our senior dog so she didn’t have to use the stairs at all!!! (3) located one easy block from the beach!! (4) more than enough bikes and pool toys to keep everyone entertained, (5) views and sounds of the ocean from the two front balconies, and (6) open floor plan that was spacious enough for “together time” that didn’t feel too crowded! We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Lynn and Elizabeth make sure our every need was met. They were so welcoming and everything was clean and smelled wonderful. The location is perfect, and the beach house itself is absolutely perfect. You have everything you could possibly need including a private pool and three separate balconies to sit and enjoy breathtaking views. I couldn’t resist the urge to make an “MTV Cribs” style video of the property!!!
