Single and spacious villa with large well-kept garden and close to the beach, ideal for families with children.

VILLA Mare Rocce is completely independent ON FOUR SIDES, WITH LARGE AND CURATED GARDEN with PRATO VERDE, SORIPI di ALLORO and ULIVI, the property includes private parking.

Located only 200 meters from the BEACH, the VILLA is divided into TWO LEVELS, with THREE well-kept and air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with LCD TV and VERANDA.
In the main double bedroom there is a SOLARIUM, equipped with an OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM where you can have BREAKFAST or a nice BRINDISI at sunset, LOOKING FOR A BEAUTIFUL SEA SLOPE!

The air-conditioned LIVING area is equipped with STEREO SYSTEM home cinema and DVD, 42 "LCD TV, cable TV.

The kitchen is equipped with COFFEE MACHINE, MICROWAVE, THE 'BOILER, as well as of course the classic accessories like OVEN, STOVE and FRIGO with FREEZER.

THE TWO BATHROOMS, one per floor, are SPACIOUS, LUMINOUS, ELEGANT, with GREAT SHOWERS (80x100) and HYDROMASSAGE columns.

Externally in the garden there is a BEAUTIFUL GAZEBO of 12 sqm. with elegant wooden LOUNGE, the BARBECUE AREA, EXTERNAL SHOWERS and a BEAUTIFUL VERANDA communicating with the kitchen, equipped with a white table and matching chairs.

The BEACH is VERY FEW minutes on foot (200 meters of straight road without slopes) and this REALLY ALLOWS YOU TO LIVE THE SEA TOTALLY in a carefree and exclusive way.
The beach is free, with fine white sand, crystal clear water and gradual seabed, ideal for children!

The distance from OLBIA is about 7/8 km so you can easily reach the PORT, AIRPORT and CENTER in general.

The most famous places of the Emerald Coast are one step away .. For example PORTO ROTONDO is about 15 km away while PORTO CERVO is about 30 km away.

Very beautiful place

Very beautiful house with all you need to have a good time. The house was very modern and clean, the surrounding quiet and several beautiful beaches to walk or to drive to. The check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and flexible. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this accommdation!

Meravigliosa! In foto non rendono la bellezza e gli spazi della villa

Ottima esperienza in questa casa, molto bella, spaziosa e con un giardino enorme, dove i bambini si sono divertiti da matti... soprattutto la sera, quando al rientro dal mare ( spiaggia vicinissima ) noi ci dilettavamo in cucina ( completa di tutto ) o al barbecue. Nella villa ha funzionato tutto perfettamente, il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ottima comunicazione, molta attenzione e velocità nel risolvere le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente. GRAZIE!!!

Sehr gepflegtes, schönes Haus

Wir (vier Erwachsene und ein 3-jähriges Kind) verbrachten 10 Tage in dem Haus in Pittulongu. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hat zwei sehr schöne Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Für unser Kind hatte es allerlei Spielsachen und sogar ein Bett standen bereit. Der Strand mit einer Bar ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zudem finden sich in der Nähe (Autofahrt ca. 5min) noch weitere ganz schöne Strände. Auch eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Das einzige was ab und zu etwas gestört hat, waren die Nachbarshunde, die gebellt haben. Aber bei dem tollen Haus absolut verkraftbar :-).

Sehr schönes großes Haus

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und verfügt in fast jedem Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher. Andrea war auch sehr bemüht, dass wir zumindest einen deutschen Sender empfangen konnten 😊 Außerdem hat es einen netten Balkon und einen schönen Garten. Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat waren die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit gepflegtem Garten. Alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Einrichtung ist gut und sehr geschmackvoll. Der Strand Mare e Rocce ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Vermieter Andrea hat immer schnell auf mails geantwortet und es hat alles super geklappt. Nebenan werden noch zwei Häuser gebaut, sollten aber bis 2017 fertig sein. Ev nachfragen bzgl. Baulärm. Thanks Andrea, it's a wonderful place to spend perfect holidays!!

Absolutely Amazing!

A few weeks ago I was browsing this site looking for a last minute holiday. I shortlisted a number of properties and when I stumbled upon this one I was very impressed with the photos and details regarding the property. What surprised me the most was that there was not a single review available to be guided by?!! However, we decided to go for it and have recently returned from one of our best ever family holidays. We had never been to Sardinia but I had heard that this was a stunning island with beaches comparable to some of the best worldwide. Absolutely true! What a place! Stunning scenery, landscapes and gorgeous beaches with crystal clear sea and warm sea water! One of the key things we had to decide on was location so after a fair bit of research I decided on booking this property in Pittulongu as it seemed ideally located for travelling to towns and beaches. I have to say Pittulongu is perfectly placed. It’s quite a small area with a couple of shops, restaurants and a small bakery around the corner but also large supermarkets about 2miles away. There is a great little beach a few minutes’ walk from the house which was perfect for us to wander down and come back when we’d had enough. There is also a couple of beach bars etc there so good for drinks and snacks. However, the bigger, better beach in Pittulongu was about a mile down the road and was absolutely brilliant with a huge beach and amazing perfect sand and clear sea. The kids loved this as they could walk and swim out a long way and only be waist deep! And finally a key thing for any holiday is the distance from the airport. The house is around 10-15mins from the airport so absolutely perfect. The owner of the property Andrea is an absolutely fantastic guy, very friendly, was very prompt to reply to emails prior to travelling and had no problem with our flight arrival being late in the evening. We met Andrea at the Villa who gave us a full tour and thorough run through of every part of the house and how to use all appliances and electrical equipment etc. I have to say I was blown away by the property, it is even better than the pictures. The place is brilliantly designed, very modern and has fantastic furniture throughout. It is very spacious, modern, clean and has a ‘new’ feel about it which is likely due to recently being refurbished to a high standard. continued...
