Our apartment is located in the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Walther Square of Bolzano, where in the Christmas period you are 5 minutes from the Christmas Market, very close to the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) is ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city!

Beautiful area with all the facilities at your disposal!

All rooms are newly equipped!

The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. In the area you will find many restaurants, bars, stores, typical local and the beautiful Piazza Erbe with the market of fresh fruits and vegetables!

The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on the second floor (with elevator). The apartment is a studio with kitchenette and double bed plus a single foldaway bed under the TV. The kitchenette is fully furnished, table and chairs, cutlery and pots, coffee machine etc., LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and sheets are included. On request we provide a cot/crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning excluded.

Einfach schlecht!

Wohnung total abgenutzt. Es schimmelt. Es war nicht sauber. Alles ist verstaubt egal ob Ecken, Lampen etc. Im Bad bröckeln die Wand an den Sockelleisten. Unter der Sockelleiste der Küchen laufen angetrocknete Essensreste. Alles in allem war es einfach ein sehr unbefriedigender Aufenthalt. Das Inserat zeigt eine Wohnung, die bestimmt mal toll aussah. Unser Eindruck: Man kümmert sich nicht. Man möchte die Leute durch schleusen und Geld verdienen.

Das Appartement liegt perfekt um das tolle Bozen zu erkunden. Auch wenn das Haus nicht gerade hübsch ist machen die Sauberkeit und alles drumherum den 1. Eindruck wieder weg ;-)
