Decimus is a lovely Grade II listed Victorian treasure situated just off the ever popular and very arty Norman's road area of St Leonard's. It is a stones throw away from the beach, which is a couple of minutes walk and it is very close by to the many art galleries, the Kino Theatre and all the trendy restaurants and cafes that St Leonard's has to offer.
The house itself is great for all. It suits young families as well as those that want to come to St Leonard's to relax and maybe take the dogs on a long refreshing walk.

This property was exactly what we needed. Everyone enjoyed the property and all remarked at how nice and comfortable it was. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.
The house is stunning.
It has been tastefully decorated throughout with each room having its own style but in keeping with the period of the building. There are plenty of bathrooms too. There were 5 of us and it never felt crowded (as some properties that sleep multiple people can).
Lovely host who was super helpful and always answered replied promptly to questions and calls.
We were all discussing when we should come back whilst we were there.
Thoroughly enjoyable family week away in a large well sited property within reach of all of the amenities St. Leonard’s has to offer. Property owner was really helpful with dialogue the week before making the check in process seamless. The house had everything we needed for our holiday. Parking outside the house was a bit hit and miss due to parking restrictions, however, we were aware of this beforehand, and alternatives close by were easy to find. Highly recommended.
My daughters and I spent two nights at Taryn’s house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need. Lovely break and we hope to return again.
We booked the house for my 51st birthday as I used to come down to St Leonards and Hastings as a child with the family and wanted to see it again after 40+ years.

The house was absolutely amazing on every level.
Exactly as described, beautifully clean and with lovely towels and linens.
Everything you could ever need in the well kitted out kitchen and plenty of room to sit, eat & talk around the dining table.
Bedrooms & bathrooms well appointed and laid out, all with plenty of space.
2-3 minutes walk to the sea front (very easy) and a superb location to use as a base when exploring all that the locale has to offer.
Amazing selection of great local restaurants on the doorstep (and takeaways/delivery..), along with food stores should you forget anything.
Great wifi throughout the house (as i was also working during our stay along with connecting all the usual family iphones/ipads etc..).
Taryn was Amazing from booking to the day we left.
As HomeAway Premier Partners ourselves, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home and we will absolutely be coming back!

We rented this house for a family new year break. What a gem it turned out to be! It really is a lovely house, so well equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are super comfy and the living space was perfect for 6 adults and our 6 month old granddaughter. We were met by a lovely lady who showed us round and communication with the property owner was friendly and regular. Thankyou Taryn
