About this property
Stylish 3 bedroom rural cottage on conservation farm
Beautifully decorated conversion sleeps up to 6 people.
The master bedroom is tatestfully furnished with a superking bed, complete with 100% linen covers and Egyptian cotton sheets. Sheepskin rugs and a luxurious quilted velvet throw complete the feel of luxury.
There is an ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.
Across the hall a twin room suitable for those who are young, or merely young at heart.
A further twin room downstairs for those less mobile or just wanting some space, again with hand dyed linen covers. Just next door a bathroom has bath with shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is compact but designed to make the most of all the space - all fitted appliances are there, as well as plenty of cupboard and shelving.
The open plan living area features our old famhouse table, dressed with original Midwinter Sun and Moon dinner service, next to a fantastic mid century cocktail cabinet.
most popular Iggy sofas are perfect to collapse into after a day hiking or exploring, and the HDTV has Freesat and Netflix. Free wifi is included.
The feature window is overlooking a 900 year old oak tree and duckpond, this lovely property is the ideal get away for those wishing to enjoy private country walks whilst being close enough to London to make a simple getway for a weekend.
Close to the fashionably artistic coastal town of Hastings, and picturesque cobbled streets of Rye.
Own private garden and parking.
