The apartment of about 30 square meters is on the second floor of a characteristic building without a lift with 40 steps, it is located in Oltrarno, in the Santo Spirito district. It is a two-room apartment composed of a kitchen, a hallway with wardrobe, a double room (with 2 single beds or 1 double bed depending on the needs of the guests) and a windowed bathroom with shower. Max beds: 2 people. It is a few minutes walk (5 minutes) from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti with its wonderful Boboli Gardens. From the apartment in a few minutes on foot you can reach all the major points of interest in Florence (15 minutes to reach the Duomo).

Quaint space in a great neighborhood that is well located to be able to walk to any of the large attractions. Excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Everything was very clean and the host provided some coffee and kitchen supplies. Having a washer is great and the clothes had no trouble drying on the rack and clothesline in less than a day. The well marked map and book of suggestions was super helpful! Definitely a great space for a single or couple to be able to experience Firenze!

Great stay in Firenze

Good location on quiet street, not far from fun bars and busy streets on the Arno. A very doable walk to the Duomo, train-station and the Piazzale Michelangelo for sunset. Alessandra was lovely too.

I really had a wonderful time in Firenze travelling alone. The apartment is very well located, everything is at a walkable distance. Very nice neighbourhood and safe. Approx 20 minutes of walk to train station.Appart is very clean, bathroom completely renovated.The only thing that needs to be improved is the fire alarm that was ringing at least once a day :)

Great location in a real neighborhood

This apartment was perfectly suited for one person, maximum two. The great WiFi allowed me to work remotely to the US with absolutely no troubles. The beautiful kitchen had everything you would possibly need. As a single traveler, I liked that the apartment is very secure with a locked outer doorway and an inner locked doorway.

Solo traveler in Florence

As a solo traveler ,the apartment was perfect for my needs. I felt safe in the location and the apartment. It is exactly as the photos on the website show. It is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Alessandra promptly answered me if I had a question and arranged for me to have a cab on the day of departure. This was very helpful. The amazing city of Florence was discoverable on foot and you won't go far before you stumble upon a quaint trattoria. The key thing for me was safety, cleanliness and quiet . That's what you will find with Alessandra's apartment.

Cosy and convenient

Alessandra met us with hospitality and helpful hints to make our stay in Florence the best experience possible. She had a detailed map with a legend of all the tastiest restaurants and the neatest shops, organized by region. In the kitchen was a complementary bottle of wine, and on the foot of our bed were fluffy white towels tied up with ribbon and local soap samples. There were guide books and an umbrella for us to use too. The washing machine and iron right in the suite we’re great for keeping us fresh throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals- pots, pans, bowls, salt, pepper, oil. We would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or single traveller. It would work well for either an extended or short stay.

Great location for a Florence vacation

My wife and I had a two night stay in Florence and needed a place from which we might see as much of this beautiful city as we could in that time. We found the property to be exactly as advertised. The pictures and description are accurate. The hostess was very responsive and gracious. The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There was air-conditioning (a plus for the hot June weather). Just what we needed. And we were delighted to find how easy it was to get around from from this location. Although it is "across the river" from the Duomo and Palazzo Vechio, it was just off the Via Romana and a short 5-6 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It was also just a block off an entrance to the beautiful Boboli Gardens. We had a wonderful stay there, would stay again, and would recommend without any hesitations.

Sweet comfortable apartment in perfect location!

I stayed in the Campuccio 2 apartment for about three weeks. The mattress on the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had lots of hot water, the wifi, stove and washing machine worked wonderfully. The apartment and building were clean, tidy and quiet, except for occasional traffic noise that you would expect in a city. I felt very safe. The neighborhood is great, about five minutes walk to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens, and about 8-10 minutes to Ponte Vecchio, 20-25 minutes to the train station. Around the apartment were small restaurants and cafes, and oh, the gelato. There are little grocery stores and a bigger Carrefour Express about 10 minutes' walk. You can look into the artisan store fronts and see people at work. Alessandra and family were very attentive, responsive and friendly. I fell in love with Florence and was heartbroken to leave. Part of my amazing experience was the comfort and ease of my accommodations. There were four flights of stairs up to the apartment, so if one has trouble navigating stairs, that would be my only caveat. If you are imagining yourself in Florence, just go! You won't regret it. Perfect little apartment

The apartment is located in a quite area by Santo Spirito and Pitti Palace. It's an easy walk into the heart of the city without having to deal with the crowds and noise. The apartment has everything you'd need, a nice kitchen with a washing machine and a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. There are a couple of grocery stores near by as well as a ton of restaurants. I stayed for three weeks and it was the best place I've stayed in Florence. I would stay here again anytime! I can not recommend enough!

Easy Access

My boyfriend and I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment. The property owner was very nice and helpful. She was kind enough to book a taxi for us when we left early in the morning to get our car from Hertz. The size of the apartment was just right for two people and clean. If you enjoy walking you can walk across the bridge into old Florence - it's about a 15/20 minute walk. Grocery store is right around the corner from the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Séjour très agréable et à recommander. Attention aux pickpockets dans les transports.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Monsieur BELLELI à ROME. L'appartement bien que petit a tout à fait répondu à nos besoins et nous étions proches de ST PIERRE ainsi_ que du vieux centre historique de ROME. Nous avions pris un pass pour les visites réparties sur trois jours et avons fait beaucoup de déplacements pédestres. Attention aux pickpockets dans les transports. Nous avons ensuite passé 6 jours chez Mme FIORASI. L'appartement était confortable et clair et également proche du centre ville. Nous n'avions pas de pass et l'avons regretté car les files d'attente sont très longues (+ 1 heure). Nous avons découvert la ville également à pieds et sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Molto commodo, gentile la Alessandra. Appartamento è piccolo ma tutto arredato. Ci mancava un divano. Very comfortable, Alessandra is very nice and helped us a lot. The appartment is small, but all furnished. We would have it very much appreciate if there had been a sofa. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Alessandra ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich und voll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Leider gibt es kein Sofa. Aber das liegt natürlich an der kleinen Größe der Wohnung.

E' stato davvero un piacere ospitare te, tuo marito e il tuo splendido bambino L'appartamento è piccolo e quindi non c'è la possiblilità di mettere un divano (ma solo la poltrona che si trova nella camera da letto)...purtroppo. Vi auguro tante cose belle e spero di potervi ospitare di nuovo.

Bien situé mais un peu l'étroit avec de gros bagages.

L'appartement est petit (exigu) surtout pour des voyageurs avec de bonnes valises et il est au 2ieme étage. Le mobilier est modeste et âgé. La cuisine est fonctionnel et le bon endroit pour préparer les activités. L'appartement est bien situé, à 8 minutes a pied du Ponte Vecchio et quelques minutes du Giardino Boboli et de la piazza dei Pitti. Notre hôte fut très courtoise et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations utiles sur les points intéressants de la ville. Elle nous a offert son aide pour la réservation d'un taxi lors de notre départ.

casa essenziale ma molto carina e cosa importantissima molto vicina al centro, di fronte a palazzo pitti, a 5 minuti di cammino da ponte vecchio e tutto il centro storico. Alessandra è stata molto gentile e accogliente!

Agréable pied à terre bien situé

J'ai loué la partie "studio" de l'ensemble qui donne sur la rue. L'immeuble est idéalement situé près de tout : boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants, bars... et point de départ de toutes les visites . Le quartier est calme même si on est à deux pas du Palazzo Pitti et du Ponte Vecchio. L’appartement est propre, parfait pour une personne seule et conviendrait à un couple.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut (sauf le micro onde) ! Les échanges avec Alessandra et l'accueil ont été sympathiques et j'ai eu toutes les explications sur le quartier. La semaine a passé très vite. Je recommanderai donc ce choix.

Fantastic place to stay!

The pictures of the apartment are very accurate-- the space is clean, filled with natural light and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, as was the rest of the apartment. The location is in Oltrarno, which although is not in the historic city center, is a very beautiful, quiet residential area that creates a unique living experience in Florence. The apartment is situated between two of the city's busiest bridges, so getting from place to place was easy and an enjoyable walk. Additionally, the apartment is surrounded by wonderful local bakeries, restaurants and artisanal shops. Alessandro and Alessandra were incredibly helpful and responsive to anything I needed, and were happy to be of assistance whenever necessary. I highly recommend staying here!
