Set on the foothills of the Bertini hills, Villa Cipresso 1 is a fantastic vacation house that offers a perfect vacation for the discerning guests. The view over the entire Arno Valley is an awe inspiring sight and is a real visual treat. The villa inside the 100 hc Pandolfini estate is a complete family vacation rental house. The estate comprises of a private forest, olive grooves and wine yards. The villa boasts the architecture of the time - the wooden beams, terracotta floors, original wooden doors and stonework. There is a cooking school inside the estate for those guests who are interested in Italian cooking. The property produces extra virgin olive oil and red wine that the guests may taste and purchase. A private chef can also be arranged upon request. Customized tours and multi lingual guides are there to make your vacation even more spicy.

Accomodation :

The owners are proud Tuscans who wish to offer their guests an insight to real Tuscan living and surroundings. One enters into the living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms. The bedrooms are 2 doubles , 1 single bedroom. There is also the laundry for the guests. There is a lovely area outside the kitchen for dining and relaxing outdoors. You can also sit amongst the olive trees and have a romantic dinner. There is wi-fi connection and the access is available from certain hot spots on the property. We cannot guarantee wireless access inside the villa as the walls are made of thick stone and sometimes you may need to move around to get access.

Typical tuscan furnishings and lovely views makes your stay a memorable event. The farmhouse is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, satellite tv and washroom with ironing facilities and washing machine. There is also a laundry for the guests. A lovely forest at the back of the property offers nature walks and jogging. The farmhouse has a lovely outdoor area with table and chairs for relaxing, sunbathing and reading. There are wonderful dining experiences at many local restaurants. Relax at the farmhouse, sip a glass of our wine and enjoy the magnificent countryside which has made this region so famous and loved.
