Door to spacious open plan living/dining area with oak flooring throughout. Sofa and armchair, dining table, with seating for three. Smart TV, CD/DVD player, Ruark audio system with internet radio, Bluetooth and I pad docking station. Back door to private garden area and rear access to Staithe Street car park great for unloading.
Kitchen Area, exceptionally well equipped with Neff gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Marble worktops, breakfast bar with two stools. Space for boots and coats.
Off the hall double bedroom with window seat, king size bed, bedside tables with Anglepoise lamps, fitted wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Newly re-furbished bathroom with tiled floor, walk in shower, basin with vanity unit, W.C. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE
Private paved patio area with bistro table and chairs. Rear entrance to Staithe Street car park, great for unloading.

Overall we enjoyed the apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and very well situated. We felt that the bathroom tiles would benefit from a refresh.
A lovely apartment, ideal for one or two, opening onto the street that's full of life during the day and quiet early and late. İ liked the feeling of living there rather than just visiting. The apartment is really quiet and comfortable.
Property is clean and spacious with all required amenities. Sitauted in a bustling central area, yet very quiet before 9am and after 6pm. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore North Norfolk or just enjoy the harbour and town of Wells.
Lovely apartment in great location in Wells close to the Quayside and restaurants/cafes and the walk across to the beach. Staithe Street itself is charming with gift shops, coffee shops and food shops - highly recommend the fish shop opposite the apartment (fish platters excellent but need to buy by 11am). Apartment is exactly as advertised - very comfortable and well equipped and maintained. Robin responded very quickly to queries and check-in instructions really clear.

As the apartment was so central we had to expect potential problems, e.g. noise from Staithe Street, parking problems, lack of view. The noise turned out not to be a problem at all. Lack of dedicated parking space for flat was a problem but by watching for spaces as shops closed for night, this was easily overcome. My wife felt the fences outside the windows were a bit claustrophobic, but that was the price of privacy. We were invaded by flies halfway through, but that seemed a common problem for all businesses we visited
Our enjoyment was not spoilt, and we found Wells a most distinctive place compared with most seaside resorts we have visited We would definitely wish to come back but probably not in August.
I had a beautiful stay, thank you. The flat was very comfortable and I had everything I needed, including the luxury of a dishwasher. Wonderful location for me too, as I have very limited mobility. It was a joy to be able to get to the quay so easily.

We love the location of this property as it is so handy for all that Wells has to offer. Great little coffee shop directly outside, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a stone's throw from the Quay, with excellent fish and chips. Walk to the beach or take the bus
