About this property
3 bedroom townhouse in the urbanization Hoyo 14, Nuevo Portil.
Townhouse with 3 bedrooms with 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms. It also has 3 terraces, one large, with table and hammocks and two smaller ones that correspond to two of the rooms. All overlooking the golf course and the other room has a window overlooking the pool. In all areas of the house you can enjoy air conditioning. It is also complemented with two parking spaces and a storage room. The house has the best location of the urbanization, giving the front towards the pool (OPEN POOL FROM MAY 1 TO SEPTEMBER 31) and the back towards the golf course. Within the urbanization there are also 3 paddle tennis courts, swimming pool, gardens and benches to rest. Inside the storage room we have a kayak and several bicycles for use and enjoyment.
The beach is about 3 minutes walk, the descent is at the end of the "Arrow of the Rompido", with unbeatable views and in a privileged environment. About 50 meters away there is a children's playground with children's go-kart tracks, mini golf and cafeteria, it also has the tourist train stop.
For those looking for a little more adventure about 2 km away is the first ferry that crosses towards the "Arrow of the Rompido", where you can see several kilometers of virgin beaches. It is also about 10 km from the aquopolis water park, a professional kart track and paintball facilities, all located in the same place.

¡Excelente! ¡Tuvimos una gran experiencia con Lidia! Ella fue realmente amable y servicial. La casa era increíble, muy limpia y con excelentes condiciones. Hasta ahora, uno de los mejores lugares en los que nos hemos alojado. ¡Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo porque era una casa acogedora! Gracias Lidia por recibirnos!

Sitio Espectacular muito calmo e muito bonito
Fim de semana prolongado numa zona magnifica e num sitio esplendoroso ao nível da paisagem no Verão deve ser óptimo com piscinas muito boas e a praia mesmo ao lado sitio a visitar novamente assim com a casa magnifica.

Os proprietários muito atenciosos a propriedade espetacular com tudo do bom e do melhor.... com toalhas , champo bem com tudo mesmo ... Moradia com 3 quarto e 3 casas de banho de frente mesmo a piscina a 5 minutos a pé da praia, com estacionamento subterrâneo ...mesmo á patrão ...sitio lindíssimo ... vale mesmo a pena ir conhecer esta zona... recomendo vivamente

Cómo en casa
El chalet es amplio, está impecable y tiene de todo (utensilios para cocinar, mosquiteras en todas las ventanas e incluso dejaron antimosquitos en todas las habitaciones). La comunicación y el recibimiento con los propietarios no pudo ser mejor, estuvieron muy pendientes y nos contaron todo lo necesario para movernos por la zona (el trato es personal, no es inmobiliaria). La piscina está justo en frente y es estupenda. El mobiliario es nuevo y fue muy cómodo contar con dos plazas de garaje (es difícil aparcar en la zona). Puedes llegar en 8min a pie a un supermercado y a la ría/playa de Nuevo Portil. Es una urbanización tranquila, sin ruidos para dormir. Nuevo Portil no tiene oferta de ocio o lugares para pasear por la noche pero Huelva está a 15 minutos en coche. Para las playas, también elegimos ir en coche hasta playas más abiertas. Hemos estado muy a gusto, como en casa.
