Wooded and maintained neighborhood thanks to its location on the edge of the golf course.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and a through bedroom with a bed + an extra bed.
3 bathrooms with bath, double sink, WC and bidet.
Equipped and fitted kitchen, utility room. Gas barbecue.
Living room with open view of the garden and vegetation, not overlooked.

Nuevo Portil is located by the sea, a premium residential area, built around an 18-hole golf course. The nearby beach is pleasant thanks to its location (Ria del rio Piedra), allows swimming without waves. Nautical activities offered (sailing lessons, kite surfing)
The main beach is less than 3 km by car. It is a sandy beach 10 km long, preserved on the edge of the pine forest.
You can easily explore the surroundings, including the village of El Rompido, fishing port and numerous restaurants.

Todo estupendo, la casa es amplia y tiene un patio fantástico para las cenas y comidas, las playas buenas hay que coger el coche 5 minutos pero vale la pena, los pueblos de Portugal que están a 50 minutos valen mucho la pena

Te house and the area is very nice and recommendable for families. We spent an agreeable week there. The house was clean and everything was functional. However, I would recommend to have WiFi for the guests included.

Mis amigos y yo hemos pasado una fantástica semana en la Villa de Olivier. El entorno es magnifico para desconectar y descansar. la villa es preciosa, espaciosa, confortable, limpia y muy silenciosa. Los propietarios muy atentos, cercanos y agradables. Altamente recomendable.

Belles vacances
Une belle maison, très propre, vue sur le golf. Belles prestations intérieures comme extérieures (grand jardin, piscine, patio, sans vis à vis). Cette maison est conviviale, située dans un domaine haut de gamme. Nous serions bien restés plus, 15 degrés de moins en atterrissant en France...
