This oceanfront condo provides a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the 16th-floor balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf and the sugar white sand on the beach.


MINIMUM AGE TO RENT 25 YRS. PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED TO RENT

Guests are expected to follow Local COVID19 rules and regulations!


Condo is tastefully decorated and features 2 Bedrooms and a Bunk room. Master Bedroom has Gulf view and en suite bathroom. Flat Panel TVs with DVD/BlueRay/Netflix Payer in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom.

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and kitchen utensils. The wet bar is tucked away on the side and has a stainless steel sink.

Full clothes washer and dryer is also provided in the Condo.

Calypso Resort Towers features two 175 foot pools located directly behind each tower. The east pool is heated during the winter. There is a Tiki bar onsite for guests to hang out, socialize and have fun. Alcohol is available at Tiki Bar for guests of drinking age.

This is the closest condo or hotel to Pier Park Entertainment and Shopping Complex which is the home of following fine dining and entertainment establishments:

Location was excellent. Responsiveness & communication of owner very good. Beds good. Air conditioning very good. No dish soap or dishwasher soap provided. Had a great vacation. Recommend the owner obtain a new cleaning crew. Fridge, oven, dishwasher covered in splatter marks top to bottom from several previous renters, not super clean. Coffee table is very wobbly, needs screws tightened or replaced. Perfect ocean views & beach access!!

Definitely not worth what we paid for

The condo was absolutely flithy! Spent our entire first evening washing dirty sheets with sand all in them. The couches were stained up terrible! Didn't even want to sit on them without putting one of our blankets down first. Our kids found dirty articficial fingernails in their bedroom floor as well as in the bed. The kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up which left the condo smelling awful! The shower curtains were disgusting! A shower curtain at the dollar store is literally a few bucks so excuse for that!! The only positive thing I can say is that is was really close to pier park so we could walk to activities! and thank goodness for that because we spent very litte time in the gross condo.

Five of us stayed in this condo and had plenty of room! The location is fantastic being so close to Pier Park. There were a lot of people in the area during our stay so being so close to shops and restaurants was very nice. We did have a couple of issues at the condo. The balcony door in the master bedroom did not open. I reported this on Monday to the person I was told to contact. He replied that he would have it fixed that same day but the door never got fixed during our stay. Also one of the bedroom tv remotes did not work and there was sand in the bunkroom beds upon our arrival. Other than those few things, we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was exactly as listed. The paperwork provided ahead of our stay had every detail needed to make parking, checking in, and checking out a piece of cake. We took five teens to celebrate a birthday, and the location is perfect! And the beach access and pools were fabulous! This condo was exactly as expected!!

The room was exactly like it was listed! The view on the beach was beautiful and peaceful! The elevators didn’t have much of a wait everything went quickly! We had four kids and three adults and had plenty of room! We can’t wait to start planning our next trip!

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I and our 16-year-old twins and their friends. Perfect size and it was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and toys! Calypso is in the best location with it's proximity to Pier Park and the fishing pier. Victor was awesome to work with. Responded immediately when I texted to request an extra parking pass for our golf cart rental. Overall perfect stay! We will be staying with Victor again in the future!
