64 WATERSIDE, family friendly, country holiday cottage in Lanivet

This fabulous lodge is in the village of Lanivet in Bodmin, Cornwall, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

64 Waterside is located in the heart of Lanivet in a wonderful holiday park in Cornwall. It has three bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite, and two twins, one with an en-suite. In total, the property has three bathrooms, and can sleep up to six people. The open-plan living space is a great area for the family to get together and relax with a home-cooked meal whilst cosying up around the large stone fire. Outside is a private patio with a picnic bench, amongst a variety of fun activities available for everyone on the complex. 64 Waterside is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for an action-packed adventure.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking at the front of the lodge for 2-3 cars. Patio with picnic bench. Club House, on site facilities and activities. There is a children's play area, cross country cycle track and 2 tennis courts. At an additional cost there is segway, 3 x fishing lakes,foot golf,escape room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 1.9 miles (small emergency shop in Club House).
Property only accepts a minimum of 7 nights during winter months. Please note: The bar, restaurant and swimming pool will close on 29th October for the remainder of the season. We plan to keep the gym open however, this will be dependent on any further potential works that may be planned in for the main building over the coming winter months. Foot golf has also ceased trading for the winter period, as yet I don't know when the operator is planning to re-open for 2024. Please note: This property does not accept month long bookings.

Town: A little village just West of Bodmin, Lanivet is home to a vareity of beautiful properties and scenic locations to sit amongst while indulging on award-winning fish and chips from the local restaurant. There is lots in the town of Bodmin to explore in terms of tourist activities, but also to get close to nature in the countryside of Cornwall. Be sure to pick up a world-famous Cornish pasty whilst on your trip, and to check out the Coast for ice cream and sandy beaches.
