Ideal for families with up to 4 children and 2 to 4 adults, the villa is completely independent and entirely at the guests' disposal.

Beaches and cliffs are less than 150 metres away. The area is breezy and shaded, with a large panoramic terrace, 2 panoramic bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room that extends onto a large outdoor patio, a kitchen, and an additional outdoor shower.
The free private parking can accommodate up to 2 cars.

You don't need to bring anything: the house has everything you need, including a microwave oven, an electric Italian coffee machine, deckchairs, linen, parasols and 200MB fibre WiFi.

On the ground floor, there is a large, well-shaded outdoor area where you can relax in the cool, a garden, private parking, and an additional outdoor shower (cold water only) to quickly freshen up when you return from the sea.
The living room, which also has a double sofa bed, extends outside through a large French window, leading to ideal spaces for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, there is also a kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The largest has a double bed with an antique mirrored wardrobe and a Sicilian-style chest of drawers, adjoining a spacious panoramic terrace with a splendid view.

The second is a small bedroom with two bunk beds, designed for children but also suitable for adults. This room also has a small terrace with a fabulous sea view.
The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The property is ideal for those who appreciate holidaying in a less crowded area while remaining in the most well-served part of this resort. This is the ideal home.
It is provided fully sanitised: between one booking and the next, we carefully follow all current regulations, which we ask our guests to comply with and offer our full cooperation.
